A constant is kept in his tone,
of mind and mouth,
yet the demandless dull within his voice
provides pleasant contrast of personality,
when considered his heart remains as wide and ranged as his brain.

His conviction in christianity proves true
for something in those specs goes beyond simple sight,
he sees into synapses,
surely by blessed means,
to him a soul becomes as clear as the lenses he wears,
and you can bet your beliefs they're opaque as air.

But same as the state, the situation of those specs,
secrecy and stories of damning privacy
stay secure, trpped and transparent
underneath a vale of vacancy,
in a two way streak, a striking similarity of two way optics.

Tinge the lenses red,
colour them crimson till they crack,
cry out maroon murder
but the doubt will not curve down upon his face,
and faith and fairness
shine upon teeth and glisten on glasses
under some third world sun.

Should I crush the confidence of my confidant, then crucify me,
I would allow it, oh so willingly.
